I am hugely passionate about supporting individuals and families in their journey towards reconnecting with themselves and their environments.

My journey as a counsellor has taken me into some of the most interesting and challenging aspects of counselling; working with victims of contact crime, adolescents (+14), grief and loss, anxiety and overwhelm, as well as a great deal of trauma support work. This could not have been done without the in-depth work I have undertaken for myself on my path to growth and discovery.

By exploring how our biology and life experiences shape the way we respond to stress and life’s events, I help clients develop a deeper understanding of what they are going through and why certain patterns of thinking, feeling, or behaving may have developed; holding trauma in-place. Through building greater self-awareness, it becomes possible to make more conscious choices, strengthen resilience, and move forward in a way that feels more balanced and empowering.
